 Structural Concrete Insulated Panel

I am currently building a SCIP home in Denver, Colorado.

R40 walls, R80 roof, 250 wind load, 8.3 seismic, 4 hour fire, Just your average high efficiency home. The home is coming in slightly higher that a R18 stick built, 2X6 studs with stucco exterior home. SCIP system homes will come in around 60-70% less energy use even without the Amasond Geoexchange system.

 Sustainable Building

Things are changing fast. In Colorado some changes are good and others are not.

If you are new to the trades or an old salt you had better be looking to what is new or you will be left in the dust.

Below are three new products coming out or new on the scene that I like or am aware of.

 Amasond Ground loop systems.

 My Temp comfort Zone

 M_K Wall Systems

I will Talk tomorrow briefly about Amasond first as it will be unveiled next week.
